Air Conditioning

All apartments are equipped with an individual temperature control. Due to climatic conditions heating is not available.

Airline Information Service

For confirmation of airline tickets and information regarding arrivals and departures, please contact Reception.

Airport Transfer

Chauffeur driven limousine or regular taxis to and from the airport are available. Please contact Reception for reservations and/or charges.

Assembly Point

In any case of fire, please proceed to the Assembly Point located at the Main Entrance.

Baby Cot/Crib

Baby cot/crib are available upon request at no extra charge. Please contact Reception.

Baggage Service

Please contact the Concierge.

Business Centre

Offering a range of business services including wireless internet access and secretarial services. Business centre is located on the Mezzanine floor.

Check-In / Check-Out Time
  • Official check-in time is 15:00 Hrs. ; check-out is 12:00 noon
  • Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged with prior request and approval. Additional charges will apply. Please contact Reception.
Cheques

Personal and Travelers cheques are not accepted.

Children Policy

Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge when sharing parent’s room with existing bed, a maximum of one child per Apartment and they are entitled to 50% discount on meal rates.

Credit Arrangements

Credit arrangements must be confirmed with the Management prior to arrival. Account to company can only be accepted if credit facility has been established and require a written confirmation.

Currency Exchange

Major foreign currency can be exchanged, please contact Reception.

Doctor and Medical Services

A qualified doctor is on call, if you require assistance, please contact Reception.

Do Not Disturb

Should you wish not to be disturbed, please hang the “Do Not Disturb” card outside your Apartment main door.

Dress Code

Casual summer and sportswear are acceptable throughout the day. Smart casual attire is required when dining in the restaurant.

Electrical Supply

Voltage is 220-240V throughout the hotel apartments. A razor socket is provided in the bathroom with dual voltage 110/240V. Adaptors are available through Housekeeping, Reception or Concierge.

Emergency

After check-in into your Apartment take time to read the Emergency and Safety instructions posted on the back of your Apartment door, get to know the location of the following (Fire Alarm Points, Fire Extinguishers and Fire Exit Doors). For more information, please contact Reception or Guest Relations.

Extra Bed

Available upon request with an extra charge of AED 150/ per night, per bed. Please contact Reception.

Fire Exits

In case of fire, please inform immediately Telephone Operator by dialing the Emergency button. Leave the Apartment by the emergency fire exit staircase and proceed to the Assembly Point.

First Aid Box

An equipped First Aid Box is available. Please contact Reception.

Flowers

Flowers can be arranged on request, except on Fridays and public holidays. Should you wish to order fresh flowers, please contact Reception or Guest Relations.

Hair Dryer

Hair Dryer is available in your Apartment.

Housekeeping and Maid Service

If you require amenities such as extra pillows, extra blankets, etc., please contact Housekeeping or Reception.

In-Room Internet Service

Wi-Fi internet access is available in your Apartment. To know more about the use of the internet in your Apartment and in public areas, please contact Reception.

Ironing


Iron and ironing board is provided in your Apartment.

Key Card


Please note that your Key Card will expire at 12 noon on the day of your departure. For extension, please contact Reception. Please remember to deposit your Key Card at the Reception upon departure.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing

Laundry, Dry cleaning and Pressing services are available daily.
Items received before 10:00 a.m., will be delivered the same day after 6:00 p.m.
Items received after 10:00 a.m., will be delivered the next day after 11:00 a.m.

For express service, a surcharge of 100% will be added to the total bill.

A laundry bag and a laundry list are available in your Apartment.

For laundry pick-up from the apartment, please contact Housekeeping.

Lost and Found

All lost items found will be kept for a minimum of 6 months. If you wish to claim your lost items, please contact Housekeeping. If you require the item to be sent to you, this will be on your own account and risk.

Mail and Messages

To send postcards and/or letters, please contact the Concierge.

Incoming mails and messages are delivered to your Apartment.

Makkah Direction

Signage showing the direction of “Qibla” is placed in the ceiling of the living room and bedroom of your Apartment.

Maintenance

If in the unlikely event that your apartment requires maintenance, please contact Housekeeping or Reception.

Newspapers and Magazines

Available in the Lobby.

Parking

Covered Parking space is available for Apartment residents only, please contact Reception or Concierge.
Note: The Hotel will not be responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles parked in the hotel car-park.

Pets and Animals

We regret, pets are not allowed in the Hotel Apartments.

Pillow

If you require extra pillows, it is available in the wardrobe of the Main bedroom.

Pool Towels

Pool towels are available in the Health Club, free of charge.

Public Transportation

Public buses and Metro are available. Please visit www.rta.ae for buses and Metro schedule.

Radio

Radio channels are available on the TV in your Apartment.

Restaurant

Café Première and Marina Pool Café is located on the ground floor. The description is outlined on a separate section of this directory.

Safety Deposit Box

For your convenience an electronic Safe is available in the wardrobe of your Apartment. The Hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left in the Apartment or in the Safe.

Sewing Kits

Available in the drawer of your dressing table in the Main bedroom of your Apartment. Please contact Housekeeping for further assistance.

Shuttle Bus Service

A complimentary shuttle (drop off and pick-up) is provided to Mall of the Emirates. For timings, please refer to the Shuttle Bus Service schedule displayed in the Lobby. This is a complimentary service therefore seats cannot be guaranteed or pre-reserved. The Management reserves the right to cancel or alter schedule without prior notice. (Morning trips are not applicable on Fridays and Public Holidays).

Tourism Dirham Fee

Introduction of Tourism Dirham Fee on 31st of March, 2014 is levied by the Government of Dubai - Department of Tourism and Commerce is based on per occupied room, per night and will be paid by the guest directly on check-in. The rates are outlined on a separate section of this directory.
