Accident

In the event of any accident occurring, please dial “0”.

First Aid

A First Aid kit is available in the hotel, please contact Reception.

Act in case of Fire
  • Stay calm and do not panic.
  • Notify the Operator immediately by dialing the Emergency button on your room phone.
  • Switch off the air conditioner.
  • Touch your apartment door, if hot do not open.
  • Hold a wet cloth over nose and mouth.
  • Keep yourself wet.
  • Do not put yourself at risk.
  • Evacuate immediately if the fire gets out of control, take your apartment key card and close the door behind you and proceed to the nearest fire exit. If there is smoke, do not stand; stay beneath by crawling if necessary.
  • Go downstairs and out of the building by using the fire exits.
  • In case of fire, use of elevator is strictly prohibited.
Precautions
  • Make yourself familiar with our Emergency Exits map posted on the back of 
    your Apartment door.
  • Locate the nearest fire exits, alarms and hose reels and know how to use them 
    under adverse conditions.
  • Know how to turn off your air conditioner.
  • Know how to open and lock your Apartment door in the dark.
  • Do not use cooking appliances in your Apartment.
  • Do not carelessly toss lighted cigarette butts or match sticks into bins.
  • Do not smoke on the bed.
  • Do not leave lighted cigarettes in ashtrays or empty your ashtrays into wastebaskets.
  • Remove appliance plugs from electrical outlets when not in use.
  • Report electrical hazards or malfunctions by dialing “0” from your room phone.
How to survive if you have to stay in your apartment
  • Turn OFF the air conditioner.
  • Fill the bath-tub/wash basin with water.
  • Wet sheets and block the opening under the Apartment door.
  • Block vents that are emitting smoke.
  • Stay low if there is smoke in the Apartment
  • Keep a wet cloth over nose and mouth as filter
  • Call emergency dial “0”, give your apartment number and explain that you could not leave the apartment.
  • Stay calm and do not panic.
